Jacksonville, Fl — The Isle of Eight Flags Shrimp Festival is always held the first weekend in May in Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach. In 2025, the festival is Friday, May 2, Saturday, May 3 and Sunday May 4. The kick-off parade is held on Thursday, May 1 at 6 p.m. in Downtown. The main parade takes place from the waterfront east to 8th Street along Centre Street in Historic Downtown.
